That's why we have implemented a comprehensive 30 days return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team-- support@yipintea.com with your order details,the reason and product status pictures or videos for the return. After we confirm that the product is in good condition and the original packaging is intact, we will email you our return address to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Note : 

1. About the return shipping fee

If the return is due to your personal dislike of the product, dissatisfaction with the product, or if you bought the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs from our warehouse.No extra return handling fee caused for you.

If the return is caused by us sending the wrong product or the product has obvious defects, we will bear the return shipping cost.

2. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for perishable goods, such as tea leaves, or personalized products that have been customized specifically for you. Additionally, any items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Normally you will get refund within 2~5 business days.Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase or return process.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer the option to exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
